Raygun, the Des Moines T-shirt shop and self-proclaimed greatest store in the universe, plans to move to a new East Village building next year.

The city’s Urban Design Review Board this morning approved the design and a financial incentive package for an 18,000-square-foot commercial building developer Jake Christensen plans to construct at 505 E.
