Little Giant Beer Summit coming to El Bait Shop

There are dozens of Iowa breweries in existence now, with more opening every year. The majority of them will be present at the Little Giant Beer Summit, running 3-7 p.m. Oct. 5 at el Bait Shop, 200 S.W. Second St.

More than 30 breweries will be present, along with Iowa-based food vendors Tacopocalypse, Mo’Rub and the Des Moines Cheese Shop, along with clothing sold by Tailgate Clothing.

Admission is free. A commemorative class is $7 and a ticket for a five ounce draw is $2.50, or you can get 10 tickets for $20.
