It’s not a full-service Hy-Vee, but a bodega where downtown residents and workers can buy snacks, beer and even some produce is set to open next month.

Downtown Pantry is moving to the first floor of the Fleming Building, 218 Sixth Ave. The store closed its location on Fourth Street last year when developers began renovating the Randolph Hotel.
